Trying to download a film to my computer but get a message saying unavailable with above error code. I can download to a sky box.
Does this relate to some kind of rights restriction?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

im sat at home on my personel laptop trying to download DC superpets which i already have on my sky box so that i can watch it with my kids at there mothers house later on( she doesnt have sky) i dont understand why this code is appearing and i cannot find any referance to it anywhere please help

I tryed downloading this via there instructions on 3 different devices 2 windows driven and my iphone it only downloaded on my iphone. but i believe so they will tell you how to suck eggs and try to re install do you have a VPN what this whats that your using but basically it comes down to not everything availiable on sky GO can be downloaded atleast on a windows based system. Dont put that in there ad's also ever wonder what happens to all those films you pay for through sky when you have to give the box back!
