Channels on sky go not working

I am trying to watch bt sport through my sky go I pay for bt sport with my package but my sky go tells me I must upgrade my subscription to watch bt sport?

Can you confirm if you pay BT or Sky for the BT Sports package ?

Can you watch other live channels OK without seeing the upgrade message or is it just the BT ones throwing this up ?

All other channels are working fine it's just all bt sport channels

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
