Sky Go: Error Code 1410 - Won't let me watch a channel that I can watch on the TV

I have subscribed to recieve BT Sports channels.

I can watch these on the TV no problem.

But the Sky Go app won't let me watch it, stating:

"You need the relevant Sky TV subscription to watch this show. Code 1410"

But I do have the relevant subscription to watch BT Sports on the TV.

I am able to watch other channels on the app, so it does seem to be working generally, but not for BT Sports.

Any help much appreciated!!

Do you pay Sky or BT @SkyChatRT for access to the BT Sports channels ?
