Cant log in

Trying to log in to sky go when of line to watch downloads  it asks  for my  4 number pin but it keeps rejecting  it any help will be great

Make sure you are online with the Sky Go app when doing this.

 

If the Sky Go app is not connected to a Sky Q box then the pin for it can be reset here:
