Same has hapened to me, I have full sky subscription and in the last week all my apps have stopped working saying I need to upgrade my subscription

Can you explain what is happening and what do you mean by "all my apps" as this topic was discussing Sky Go ?

Whichever device I try to use Sky Go on (phone, ipad), which were workign earlier in the month, I get the same error message saying that I need to upgrade my subscripton (although there has been no  change to my subscription in the last year or so).

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

I am having the same problem? Haven't tried skygo for a while, not working now?

Hi same as no sky go even though l am fully subscribed for sky sports. Been having some issues with sky glass over the past few weeks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Regards Drasn

What actual channel are you trying to view, is it a TNT one ?

I use Now tv for TNT, it was sky sports on Saturday evening, I checked it again just now and it appears to be working?
