Hi,
I can't access Sky Go. I don't use the sky box as I'm rarely home, if I am I usually watch programmes through my Apple TV. I'm unable to log in to Sky Go through the Apple TV and to top it off I've just been charged for Netflix! This is supposed to be part of my package...so I'm currently getting no benefit at all from having sky tv, I also included cinema and Netflix. But I'm not able to access any of this through sky. How do I rectify this?
Also, why can't I contact sky to sort this out...why isn't there any customer service?
