Bt sport.

Hi there, just added sky multi screen to my account. Do you when can I watch bt sport on a device? Do I need to wait for my mini box to arrive and be connected for this to be done. Any ideas thanks.

@big1jimmyboy  Do you subscribe to BT sport through Sky or BT?

Hi @big1jimmyboy

Adding Sky Q Multiscreen does not add BT Sport.

If you subscribe to BT Sport through Sky then you can watch on Mini boxes. Also through Sky BT Sport in HD is included.
If you subscribe through BT directly then to receive BT Sport on Minis you need to pay BT’s monthly second box charge. One monthly charge covers all minis. Also to receive BT Sport in HD there is an additional BT monthly charge.

Hi @big1jimmyboy

Adding Multiscreen will not affect watching BT Sport on your main Q box.

It may take up to 24 hrs before you can watch BT Sport with the Sky Go App

Re: Bt sport.

What I'm asking is when I can start watching bt sport on an iPad for example. At the moment I have just ordered multi screen on my account, I haven't received my mini box yet. Do I need to connect and start watching on multi screen before being able to do that. Apologies if this seems a bit complicated.

Hi @big1jimmyboy   You can watch BT Sport live on you iPad even without a Multiscreen subscription as long as you have  BT Sport on Sky subscription. Note BT Sport on Sky is a different subscription to BT Sport.

Re: Bt sport.

I've tried logging in and watching in via bt sport app with no joy. Is there another way trying to access it.

The BT Sport app is only available to those who subscribe direct to BT Sports.

You'll need Sky Go for Sky subscriptions.

As I sid (or even said) @big1jimmyboy

You need to wait until Multiscreen shows on your package to use Sky Go

Re: Bt sport.

Many thanks, that's what I thought. I'll wait for the mini box to arrive, guess it'll only be a few days. Thanks.
