BBC1 (101 and 115) dissappeared from Sky Go app

Have used Sky Go app for several months with no problem. Mainly use it to record programs to my Sky Q box rather than watching on the app.

About 3 weeks ago for no reason 101 just dissappeared overnight from the "TV Guide/Record to Sky Box" listing; BBC1 HD 115 remained. Just today (overnight) 115 has also dissappeared. ( BBC2 102 and BBC4 116 still showing). I can go to 801 for HD, but can't see anyway of getting there apart from loads of scrolling which is obviously a pain!

I have delated and reloaded the app, but no difference. The settings says it is Version 23.1.1

Any ideas anyone

I have exactly the same problem. BBC1 is shown onthe guide at 801 but it's a lot of scrolling. I tried emailing the apps address a few weeks ago when 101 vanished. I never got a coherent reply, I tried three times but all I got were boiler plate responses that didn't even vaguely answer the issue. I beginning to suspect there's an AI bot on the other end. That or a lot of people with extremely poor comprehension skills.

I have just been reading via google about all the changes to BBC1 and the fact that SD is being stopped region by region in February, but starting  in London. This might be something to do with what is happenning on the app.

Associated with this, this evening 115 has dissapeared from the listings on the Sky Q box, and 101 (which used to be SD) is now labelled as BBC1 Lon HD. Looks like you won't have to change to SD to watch the local news for example.

However as the Sky Go app is missing 101 and 115 we are still in trouble!

BBC One on 115 is going for all but for me now I can see BBC 1 HD on 801 on the app when set to "Record to Sky Box". Would be nice to see it on 101.

I have this issue too use the app to record when I'm out so it's very frustrating not to be able to record bb 1

It's now clear that everything that has happenned in the last few weeks is down to the change of BBC1 (SD and HD) and it's position on the Sky listing.

But some of what has happenned is still a bit bonkers!!

On my (and I assume everyones) Sky Q box:

101 - BBC 1 HD (London).  - Good.

115 -  (old  BBC1 HD) dissappered for a few days, but is now back as BBC3, which has moved higher up the listing. - Good (but I don't watch it much!)

801 - BBC1 SD, easy to get to with the remote, but don't need it anymore as local news is now on HD.

However on (my) Sky Go app.:

101 - After being missing completey for about a month is now back...but as BBC1 SD!! - Useless.

115 - After missing for a few days is now back as BBC3 - consistant at least.

801 - Now is BBC1 HD (London) - Useless as it takes massive scrolling to get to, to record a program and, of course, the opposite of what is on the Sky Q box!!

Is it the same for everyone else!!??

It is the same for me and to be honest I do see it being fixed anytime soon as issues like this have been prevalent with the app for years, for example the Sky Sports HD channels which are from 401 onwards on our boxes show as SD for me and the same with the Sky Movie ones.
