A general question please, I see on sky go, some arrows on programmes point right, and some arrows point down. Do the point down arrows mean it’s been downloaded before?

If you see an arrow pointing to the right it means it can be played without needing to be downloaded.

An arrow pointing down means it can only be downloaded to either the app or your Sky box or both.
