Code: 1304

I have just subscribes to Sky and was told I could access the channels on Sky go. But I have been trying to access it and keep getting the error message: "Sky Go is currently unavailable. Please try again later. Code: 1304." I have tried repeatedly to no avail. First time trying Sky and not impressed.

Have you set up an ID using your account nuber to login to the app with ?
