I have a problem where my sky go apps on phone and IPad have stopped working and tell me they need to be authorised. I've followed steps to reinstall and eventually deleted the devices in device manager as well as deleting the apps and reloading onto device still Dora's work!!
This is very frustrating and need some help to authorise.
