Skygo keeps logging user out after each show it says too many users but that's not correct

Five devices, I don't know about multi screen but this issue is not affecting all devices just an iPad.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe reason I ask is because with Sky Go extra for 4 concurrent streaming, you must have Sky Go Extra and either Multiscreen or Sky Glass Whole Home sub on your account as with just Sky Go Extra you do get just the 2.

I don't think that is the issue as I've been using skygo like this for years and the issue has o my just started occuring

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
