My sky go will only play non sky channels, they play no problem but when I try sky sports or sky one etc they don't play

Any error messages or does it not load for you ?

No error message, just doesn't load. Tried restarting my iPad. Tried my wife's, same issue

Very odd, if both iPads are connected to your wifi then when you have time perhaps try rebooting your broadband router, leave it off for 5 minutes before powering it back up and give it a further 3 minutes before trying again with both ipads.

We are using mobile data as we are on holiday (in the uk)

Netflix, prime iPlayer all working and as I say any non sky channels on sky go. It's got me stumped
