Re: All BBC channels no longer listed in Sky Go
No, that's not right. You can see the BBC channels wherever you are, as long as that tab is selected.

N that isn't correct as I am a Sky+ box customer and I can use the app to set BBC recording to my box as Sky Q customers can.

Re: All BBC channels no longer listed in Sky Go
OK, but in my past experience and as we previously discussed this and it wasn't possible (unless I am confused).
In Sky Go I don't see any such tab (any more) for Record to Sky Box.
I can't check further now as I now have Sky-Glass & Pucks, and as far as I can see Sky Go doesn't support Sky Glass at all.

I guess you don't see this option as you are a Sky Glass customer but you have always been able to set recordings via the app to the BBC channels but not watch them back unless the app was connected to a Sky Q box and to do that multioscreen was required.

Re: All BBC channels no longer listed in Sky Go
Ah right ok - with Sky Q you can see them. I guess 'Record to Sky Box' wouldn't be there for you on Glass or Stream.

OK, I probably lost some of the detail (it's a while since I viewed anything on this thread).

Re: All BBC channels no longer listed in Sky Go
AHA! That's the solution. I couldn't see any BBC channels at all in the Sky Go App which is ridiculous because I need to program my Sky+ HD box from the app, I don't want to watch TV on my phone!
Many thanks for posting this. Tapping on the "Record to Sky Box" tab (which I have to admit I'd never noticed before) pulls in all the other channels including the BBC ones. Brilliant. CHEERS!

Re: All BBC channels no longer listed in Sky Go
We have sky Q and we had previously been able to view BBC 1&2 on our phones and I pad. Knew we couldn't view this if not in house or record if away from home.

Re: All BBC channels no longer listed in Sky Go
You can record if not at home by making sure you select "Record to Sky box" at the top of the TV Guide. To watch the BBC channels you can only do this at home when the app is connected to your Sky Q box and as multiscreen sub is required to do this.

Re: All BBC channels no longer listed in Sky Go
I have "Record to Sky Box" at the top of my Sky Go TV guide so I can set it to record any channel including the BBC ones to my Sky+HD box.
Anyone know how to unsubscribe from a forum thread like this one? I keep getting emails every time someone posts a comment, and the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the emails isn't a link to unsubscribe to the thread, it's a link to unsubscribe the email address completely from Sky and they warn you can't reuse it afterwards HAHAHAHAH DO NOT OK THAT!!!!!!!
