I have paid for sky no adverts which is working on my TVs but if I watch sky go on my iPhone or iPad, adverts are shown?? Could anyone help please?

@Lowey1 Ad skipping doesn't cover sky go , it only applies to glass /stream hardware

You paid for no adverys on Sky Glass/Stream only as this doesn't apply to apps like Sky Go or the Sky Sports app.

Why isn't this changed so your customers get full advantage, rather then you actively annoying your customers and making them think when my subscription ends I will simply leave.

@Newcastlewatson In case you're not aware we have no control over what Sky Do or Don't do as we are customers replying to your posts, Sky Go isn't designed for Sky Glass/Stream it's a legacy system for Sky Q.
