no sky tv after whole house cancelled

i was watching sky using whole house

I cancelled the whole house puck and now my son has no sky channels atall,  no sky cinema and no paramount+

Does your Puck still work?

It's possible that your Puck was/is your primary device and cancelling Whole Home has cancelled the Glass instead. You should be able to make the Glass the primary device if that's the case.
