I have had this problem for the last 2 months. Tried everything thats suggested online and its still not working.

In order for the community to help you will need to provide more information. What's not working? Have you activated your subscription and the app isn't working or are you getting stuck at a particular step?

 

Remember we are fellow customers on the community and not sky, we know nothing about you unless you tell us! But the community has seen most issues and will do it's obest to assist.

I had the free paramount+ through sky movies and I upgraded and for months everything was fine. Not I cant log on through any of my devices or through skyq. When I go onto paramount+ on my skyq at first its showing in a different language, my opinions are to log in or activate l. Once I have pressed on the activate opinion the language changes back to English then tells me that I am activated and to log on but when I log on I get an error message saying "Uh-oh. An error has occurred, but were working on fixing it. We'll be back up and running shortly" 

This has been doing this for the past 3 months, i have reset my router, refreshed apps, turned off n on my sky box, litterly everything thats suggested online but still no changes.

I have gone onto my account to downgrade so im not having to pay but that wont let me either.

Did you upgrade it? I have the same problem and it turns out my upgrade payment method wasn't up to date. I have just put in a new payment method in the hopes that works. It says on my sky that the basic package was cancelled in November - I guess because I upgraded to standard and my payment method didn't work - not sure why????? Currently doing another app refresh and hoping that works now 🤞
