freezing progroms
every so often on any chanel my sky tv keeps freezing for 10-15 seconds

Have you checked your broadband connection to the TV? Sky Glass relies entirely on you providing it with a fast and stable connection, otherwise you'll experience issues such as freezing.
Check the speed actually being received by running a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app on the TV. You need a minimum of 25Mbps, but preferably a lot more, for Glass to have any form of reliability.
