Remote record not working with Sky Go App

Are there batteries in the remote for sky glass to and how do we change them ?

There is no link between Sky Go app and Glass they operate independently.

The back of the remote slides off to replace batteries, can be a bit difficult check some videos on YouTube how to do it.
