Whole Home with Glass Gen 2

I've just bought a Sky Glass Gen 2. It said it came with Whole Home and my order details now show it as activated but shouldn't I have got a puck to be able to use it?

Unfortunately not: that's a frequent misconception.  Pucks have to be specifically ordered (and a fee paid for each one after the first)

This is because

a) Sky otherwise has no way of knowing how many a customer wants at an address

b) Some Glass/Stream subscribers pay for Whole Home in order to access Sky Go on games consoles and/or Apple TV boxes and have no need for pucks

@Jimbo2208  Did you order a puck?   Yur order confirmation will show if you did.

Whole Home is also needed to use Sky Go when your a Glass/Stream user.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
