We placed our new Sky TV on the stand backwards and it’s now stuck

We set up our Sky Glass TV and we now realise that the TV is not sitting flush on the stand as we mistakenly placed it on backwards. We've tried to lift it off again and it's stuck - it's completely wedged on the 2 supports. Has anyone else done the same and how can we solve the problem ?

Failing that you will need to call sky and see if they are willing to replace the unit, but I guess this will be at their discretion.

I think the argument would be that the design is faulty if it's possible to assemble like that.

Agree, the stand should only fit in the correct direction 🤔

Hi @B9C

The only thing I would say is lay the TV flat on a soft surface and see if you can wiggle the stand loose. Failing that you will need to call sky and see if they are willing to replace the unit, but I guess this will be at their discretion.
