Sky glass taking to long to change channel

Why is sky glass started to take  over a minute to change channels?

I'm not having such issue. Have you tried a power cycle in the first instance?

Switch off at the mains plug, wait a few seconds, then switch in again.  This is effectively a complete restart of the operating system.
