Upgrade sky

I would like to trade in my sky glass tv and upgrade it to sky glass 2 or Air, is this a possibility please

Hi @Jay-jay1 Unfortunately not.  You own the Glass Gen 1 TV outright and any payments you are making are simply paying off the loan amount to cover the purchase cost.  Your best option is to sell your Glass Gen 1 and  purchase a Gen 2.

 

Note that the resale value of your Gen 1 will not be very high.

Unfortunately the 'Swap' scheme which was announced at the Glass launch event back in October 2021 never arrived: realistically it was always going to be rather more challenging than posting back a mobile phone.
