Power off at the mains for at least 5 minutes. Power back on. Do you see the sky logo etc on screen?
If not. Try the recovery steps outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/power-issue-help-sky-glass
If that doesn't work you will need to call sky and arrange a replacement under warranty.
