When watching in UHD ( channel ) why does it come up in the bottom right hand corner to press the 3 coloured button to watch in UHD even though Iam on the channel ?

You can set the default to UHD so it plays UHD content in UHD automatically (assuming your puck is connected to a 4K set).

Go to Settings > Picture and Sound > set 'Default streaming format' to UHD (& picture resolution to 2160p).

4K UHD content will automatically play in 4K UHD now.

If you're watching Main Event UHD, you're probably getting the prompt because it's a simulcast of Main Event and wants to take you to the direct channel UHD feed
