Tv channels

Is anyone else having a problem with sky one and sky crime channels no programme being received just a blank screen

My wife has just mentioned that 5USA is not working, not sure if its related.

Perhaps try a reboot, the channels seem to be working for me.

 

1. Go to Settings
2. Go to System Management
3. Press Select
4. Go to Resets and Updates
5. Press Select
6. Go to Restart Device
7. Press Select.

Note this will take a few minutes to reboot, so expect to see a blank screen for 2 minutes until the Sky logo appears as its starting up.

I had some issues with these channels today. Ignore the super user advice about restarting the puck, glass TV or broadband; it doesn’t work. However all other live channels on demand and menu functionality worked perfectly even after a reboot.

Sky Glass 55" - Gen 2, Sky Glass 43" - Gen 2, Sky Glass 43" - Air (all on ethernet) & three Stream Pucks (all unused gathering dust in a drawer) powered by Vodafone Full Fibre - 910

Router? Two TP-Link Deco BE65’s (v2 / Firmware Version: 1.3.2)

Your best course of action is unplug and power back up the settings reset doesn't always work. I've fitted my tv to a smart plug so easy to reboot from my phone.
