Faulty TV
My Sky Glass TV has been faulty for 2 days, it gets switched on, the screen apperasr then just fades away so that you can only make out faint shadows behcind the black screen, been on the chat for nearly 2 hours and got absolutely nowhere, switch off the TV try to restrat it as told, then they tell me it will be 24 hours before the specialist team get back to me which is not acceptable, it is obvioulsy an internal fault with the TV and not a power issue as they are trying to make out, and to cap it all they have just closed the chat with ne resolution

Re: Faulty TV
The chat bubble is useless in my experience having used it a couple of times it's just a run through the script and when getting nowhere the chat is closed. I've noticed more and more of late the chat bubble is being offered here probably to reduce calls to Sky which are also poorly serviced these days.
Your best bet is complaints call Sky and keep on at them it's the only way sadly, eventually you'll get someone who can help.
Sky used to be excellent at customer service but now. Hmmm.
