Trouble in adding my account

I baught a second hand sky glass and im trying to add my account,but when i scan the QR code for adding the account it shows the page is restricted

@Arun17  Are you logged in using the correct Sky ID?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have a look at this link as it describes what you need to do when buying or selling a 2nd hand Glass TV or Stream puck

I tried with my brothers Sky ID, and I created another one with my gf,but it's showing the same. "This page is restricted"
