What you are seeing is known as DSE or Dirty Screen Effect. It's a symptom common in cheap backlit LCD TVs. You should absolutely get your TV swapped if you find the quality unacceptable. You might not get a better Glass Air though as they are all of the same spec & subject to a bit of a panel lottery. You might get a good one or you might not. It's the same with most cheap TVs.
