@Parky1953 go into the settings on the Glass TV and find the network settings where you will see the quality of the WiFi connection to the TVunless ths is showing good or excelkent you need a WiFi extender.which can come as part of tge WiFi Max package. This is quite a common issue especially if the hub was moved when fibre was installed.
