Sky puck

I am so sorry I change to sky glass and sky pucks they are the worst thing they constantly say connection issue but when you go into settings and connection the say good WiFi, sky helpline are useless I won't to get out of my contact as it isn't fit for purpose not sure whether or not I need to take sky to court anyone else had a similar experience.

Re: Sky puck

@Rossy1975 If you're in your first 31 days you have the right to cancel. After that it's up to Sky.

What most have found though is that WiFi is a nightmare way to connect the puck or Glass. Using an ethernet cable gives a far more stable connection so I would encourage you to give it a try. Turn WiFi off in the Settings if you do.

Re: Sky puck

yep, I've had similar problems, currently restetting my puck three times or more  a day.

homescreen issues

blank buttons ar first line selection list

blank playlist buttons

blank buttons at tv guide

blank buttons at catchup list

blank buttons at continue watching list

in fact the whole selection lisrs are blank when trying to selecting

restarting puck doesn't solve it, full reset doesn't solve it

these pucks aren't fit for purpose

if I could get out of my contract without paying for rest of the contract, I would, but greedy sky won't let me, so its suffer like the ril end year then cancel
