first thing to try is to pull the plug for a few minutes and see if this cures it 

 

Otherwise most likely cause is poor signal from your router ..... if possible connect with an Ethernet cable and see if the problem persists 

 

could also be a fault that has been noted recently that is under investigation. A temp fix for this is to sign out of your Amazon prime app n the tv  . Also worth a try
