Sky live camera not working

Hi, I got sky live camera the other day and returned it as it didn't work. Another one arrived today and it does nothing. Flashes red for a minute and then says it's loading but nothing then happens. I've done all the usual troubleshooting. My WiFi is v strong. It says excellent on the tv. I'm based in Ireland. I rang support 3 times and got through to a call  centre and they didn't have a clue. Is anyone in Ireland using it successfully, and also what software version are you on. Thanks in advance for any help.

I should have said it's the gen 2 sky glass tv I had and when I first got it I was able to use Apple AirPlay which was great and that feature is now disappeared.

Have you plugged  the camera  into  the hdmi  port 1 which is the 1 nearest  the power socket and do this when the tv is turned  off as well

Yeah, but I'll do it another few times. I just checked in Netflix's speed check and I'm getting 45.93mbps. I wonder is that's enough? I have a dedicated WiFi booster I'll try it instead and see what speeds are. Thanks

Oh dedicated tp link booster thing is great. Is giving me 114.28 mbps. Wow. And it was so cheap.

Still not working. Must be sky glass issue
