I've had sky glass air for a week now, previously had sky q. We prefer sky q & want to go back to it. Can we do that?
Yes. You can return the TV for a full refund of anything paid so far. You can also request to be switched back to Sky Q on a new 24 month contract. If you still have your Sky Q equipment then Sky can reactivate it all in a matter of seconds.
You can keep the Glass Air TV, continue to pay for it monthly (if you signed up for a finance agreement) and use it as a monitor with the Sky Q box attached to it, but better TVs are available for similar cost which come with longer warranties.

Re: Sky glass
I've done it 😀
I have my old tv plugged back in & am back on sky Q.
I also had new sky fibre broadband.
I'm having trouble connecting the tv to the Internet. Do I have to plug the router into the phone line?
