Broken screen
The tv screen was hit with a plastic bottle can this be fixed?

Note that screens cannot be replaced or fixed, which is maninly due to the cost of having to replace them making it incredily cost inefficient.

If you've got accidental damage cover as part of your home contents insurance or have paid extra for Sky Protect then you should be able to claim for the cost of a replacement TV. If you don't have any form of insurance then I'm afraid you're out of luck.

Realistically no: the economics of such a repair just don't work. Sky will only offer the option to purchase a replacement set, which they may be prepared to discount (it will almost certainly be a refurbished unit)
You'll still need to continue any applicable finance loan repayments or pay the balance as a lump sum.
