@Shimadoo there is no swap option, if you want another you need to purchase it like you did with the other one whilst continuing to pay off the loan for the current tv

There is no swap program for Sky Glass. You must continue to pay off your current TV but can purchase another Glass TV at any point.

The TV belongs to you so you are free to try and sell it and use some of the money you make to pay off the remainder of your loan. Resale value of Sky Glass is quite low though.

No. Outside the 31 day cooling off period Sky will not accept returns, unless you can somehow prove that your unit is not fit for purpose.
Have you logged any of the issues you're having with it with Sky?

The Gen 1 Glass was never a particularly distinguished television set, and frankly always too expensive (albeit on a generous credit term). However if you haven't raised issues with Sky before now then unfortunately it's going to be more difficult to argue under consumer rights legislation that it's not as described / fit for purpose / of adequate quality.

If there is anything hardware or software related to your current Glass TV's issues, and you are within the 2 year warranty period, Sky should offer to replace the TV, but for the same model, likely refurbished.

Re: Sky glass swapping
The Gen 1 Glass was pretty meh! out of the box. But there was a guy who calibrated it to get the best out of the picture. You could try this, it does make a big difference:
