Sky glass and broadband keep dropping

Hi All 

 

does anyone else sky tv and Braodband keep losing internet connection? 

 

tried calling sky and its been awful. no one answers the phone or i get cut off

Hi @kathx1 

 

Do you mean the connection between you Glass TV or your whole broadband drops out? (I.e. are other devices loosing connection?) If it's the latter you may get more joy in the broadband section of the community. Inherently as Glass uses the internet to deliver content if your broadband disconnects, you will lose service.

 

If it's just glass we can recommend some settings which may help.
