Pause clearly doent work

Paused the F1 live race on lap three whilst I sorted kids out, pressed play and jumped foward to lap 33 the point in pausing was so I could watch it,!? Otherwise would have just left it to plat in the back ground won't let me rewind and won't let me start from beginning either,, pay the full price for sports package on sky glass and so far their weekend been an absolute joke! 

Tried watching quali, and instead was playing  Ted's note book 

Netflix through sky package not reliable either heaven forbid you scroll for more then three mins before the netflix app freezes amd have to switch of the start all iver again.
