Sky glass TV

hi when I go to a channel and want to restart the program it wouldn't let me restart the program on certain apps that I used to could do this with can anybody help me?

@Jporch316  Yep been issues with stv app on glass now for a while I just restarted and refresh apps the other day and it worked but issue obviously still ongoing

Hi if it's STV you are having the issue with it's a known problem at the moment

If it most channels then a restart from the main settings should fix it

I'm currently struggling to see if my sky tv bundle is being delivered I've got the broadband coming but still waiting for confirmation for seeing if I can have the tv it did say order confirmed and I've got both account numbers

If you can setup the MySky app on your phone (or log in online on a laptop) it should have delivery updates

@Samgod  What sky services do you already have?

 

if you have an existing sky tv product such as Sky Q or plus you can't add glass to it without completely cancelling Q or plus first

 

you would need to call Sky directly and discuss upgrades if you already have a tv service
