@Sammy6675 Yes, I had to contact Sky support who reset my PIN so it is now the last 4 numbers of my mobile number, took a few days for this to be resolved in my case though.
I phoned them too, and all I had to do was turn it off at the plug and turn it back on (not do the rest, just off and on again) at least it was a simple fix in the end.
I managed to figure this out or at least a workaround. I couldn't get past the typing in new password screen so rebooted the glass and when it got back to 'enter your pin' I left it there and went to a sky puck I have in next room and went through the change pin menu on it. Set it to same one I had been using and when I went back to the glass it worked. I read a comment on the sky help that stated that all sky stream devices share the same pin and it gave me the idea
