Sky Glass volume control over eARC for AMP stopped working!!

Hello.  I think there recently been a big software update to the Sky. To my joy the volume started working on the Sky remote with my cinema AMP. I no longer needed a second remote for volume. Bravo!!   HOWEVER after two days it's stopped working. It's as if the software has been rolled back. No longer do I get the eARC caption beneath the blue volume bar and the remotes volume is once again useles.  CAN ANYONE SHES SOME LIGHT ON WHATS HAPPENED, This is extremely odd.

Got a new Sky Glass today and I am experiencing the same problem.

Good luck!  I've had mine 3 years and the remote volume has worked for two days 😂😂

Got back from holiday and its working for me, im on OS version 1,3, QS033.010.00P.

Yes, started work for me a day or so ago too.

Yep, now working for me too. Was disappointed with the lack of Sky SME's responding to this thread.

My amplifier has now stopped working and no longer receiving audio with the new update through eArc - sky saying there will be a new update on the 15th

Unfortunate.  Hopefully the next update doesn't break mine, working perfectly for once!
