Sky glass gen 2 eARC stopped working

Got my gen 2 glass yesterday set everything up with a external sound bar through eARC and everything was working perfectly.

Turned on the TV this evening and no sound at all I have tried everything used multiple hdmi cables and all the different settings absolutely nothing is working. Has anyone else experience this?

Yes - I had this on my second day with Sky Glass gen 2. Not good is it?

@Jordanpeo  Have you tried a TV restart from the settings menu or powered off at the wall and power back on?

That's what Sky told us to do too. It worked for a bit but it kept stopping again. I've got rid of the TV now.
