Sky Glass PIN not accepted

We have had to reboot tv today but now it doesn't recognise PIN No. 
Have been on Live Chat but still no joy. Any help would be appreciated. I see there are a few customers with the same issue.

@try this 

when you get to the pin screen do not enter a pin. 

when the pin screen appears pull the plug - plug back in then go through the setup again and it should skip the pin screen altogether

Have got it sorted after calling Sky Customer Services.

Was advised to do as you said pull the plug when on page to enter PIN.

However I'd already tried to enter new pin. So on start up was told to enter the very last PIN I'd entered. Hey presto it worked.
