Tv not connecting to router

Hi, my tv is not connecting to the router but is connecting to my mobile data. The WiFi is working on our phones with mobile data off. The issue is the connection to the tele. This has been on going for 4 days now. Please could you send someone out to come fix the problem with the tele ASAP. Thanks

This is a customer helps customer community. No one here can arrange that for you. You will need to call sky.

However if you provide some more details the community will be able provide assistance. For example, is Sky also your ISP? How are you connecting to WiFi? (Entering password or via WPS)? Is this a new install or was it working previously?

If setting up, try using ethernet or mobile and then set up WiFi once complete by resetting the network as outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/connect-tv-help-sky-glass

Try giving your router a reboot (or pull the plug for a few minutes)

do the same with your sky glass 

You may also need to go into the network settings on glass (settings then network then network settings) and select reset which will prompt you to reconnect the tv your  wifi
