Sky Glass Gen 2 Not Accepting Pin

I've just had my Sky Glass 2 delivered and wall mounted, and during the setup it's asking me for my pin.

I didn't know my pin so I've tried reseting it, using the last 4 digits of my payment info to get it to prompt me for a new pin.

After setting a new pin, it asks for mt to input my new pin again, but instead it says Incorrect Pin and stays on Attempt 0 of 3.

I've tried resetting the pin mimtople times to multiple variants, but it is not recognising any pin I save.

@HorizonHems  The default PIN is the last 4 digits of your mobile phone number which is registered with Sky.

Your setup PIN is the last 4 digits of your mobile number. Give that a try.

A year or so ago there was a pin issue which you could get around by pulling the plug when you get to the pin input screen. It did skip the pin screen on the next run through after this

worked for me when i found this post and I was online to an agent that wanted a picture of the screen telling me I only had one try left

Hi. I have pulled the plug and reinserted twice, entered the last 4 digits of my mobile and bank account and still can't get in. Amy ideas ?

Did you pull the plug when you got to the insert pin part? Then go back through the setup?

it's the last 4 digits of the phone number sky have on your account - if you have changed mobile numbers at some point and haven't told them it may still be set to that

Doesn't need to be two minutes ....... get to the point of inserting your pin........ pull the plug - pop back in - let the tv boot up. Should skip the pin entry screen altogether 

assume it's new and you are going through the initial setup ?

Still doesn't work. Female voice of doom "Redirect as loaded" AGAIN.

Had Sky Glass Gen 2 since June and this is first time it has happened. Will have to call Sky tomorrow but appreciate your efforts.

Spoke to Sky this morning. In this instance they said it is a problem with the remote control and have ordered a new one for me.
