TV switched off by selecting App

My Panasonic TV switches off when I select various apps/sources using my Sky Glass remote. I have to turn the TV back on each time using the Panasonic remote. The Sky remote is set up to turn the TV on and off and adjust the volume but this new issue has recently arisen.
