Sky Cinema

I want to keep everything I have but cancel Sky Cinema.

Following an email to contact Sky, I made contact and was told to phone back in two months which I am doning.

All I want to do is cancel Sky Cinema - is that so hard?

Hi @Barbara408 This is a customer help customer community forum so we cannot help you with your Cinema problem.  You will need to call Sky to sort this out.  FYI - When I cancelled F1 Sport at the end of last season I just phoned them and they cancelled it (with 31 days notice though).

Whether they let you cancel Sky Cinema will perhaps depend on whether you have Sky Cinema as part of a minimum term ( at a discount) or you are paying the monthly rolling cost for it. If you have it on a monthly rolling contract then you can cancel anytime giving 31 days notice, however it you have it under a minimum term contract Sky do have the right to reject the cancellation until the minimum term ends.

Did they say "phone back in two months" because there was two months left on your contract?
