Hello!
I closed my Sky accounts a few months ago because I was moving into a care home. I have now sold my Sky Glass TV to someone on FB, but they are unable to use it because it hasn't been deregistered from my account.
I have spoken to two Sky agents who tell me that the new owner is the one who needs to return it to factory settings, but they are being told by Sky that I am the one who needs to do that within my account. My account is already closed. When the new owner tries to deregister / return to factory settings, they get stuck and can't go any further.
I'd be very grateful for any help / suggestions. Many thanks in advance.

Hi @Jacky85 I sold a Sky Glass a couple of years ago and for security reasons de-registered it before I sold it.
The following link explains the procedure for both the seller and purchaser.
