Disney plus app

Cancelled my Disney plus subscription (pending until 25/05/26) because I upgraded to the Ultimate Sky Package as it is Free...

My Disney plus and Sky are linked

I cannot watch Disney plus

I cannot Log in

I cannot Sign In

If I use the code...it is to 'begin' ...not to activate ??? 

It will however let me begin a payable Disney Plus subscription ??

I have been trying to sort this out for over 8 hours today....
