Remote control broke
Hi remote controls not working, I've only had sky glass 3 months. I've tried new batteries and it's still not working.

@Anna0407 this may sound strange but it has worked for some people hols the remote in both hands the twist the remote like you are wringing out a cloth
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Hi @Anna0407 The twisting method as suggested by @Laing1 has worked for me on a couple of occasions but if you are not so lucky you will need to contact Sky Customer Services and ask them to send you a replacement.
